Brady Carpenter
Brady Carpenter has been swinging a hammer since 1995. Over three decades, he's built thousands of homes across the Utah Wasatch Front, including prestigious entries in the Utah Parade of Homes, developing the kind of deep craft knowledge that only comes from thirty years on job sites.
In 2020, Brady made a move that was personal as much as professional: he founded B&N Construction and relocated with his family to Burley, Idaho. It was a chance to build something of his own in a community he could genuinely call home.
Brady and his wife Jen have been married for 31 years. They have 4 kids and 5 grandkids. Family is the foundation of everything he builds.
Nate Carpenter
Nate grew up watching his dad build things the right way. It rubbed off. After serving a church mission from 2022 to 2024, Nate came home with renewed purpose and jumped headfirst into the family business.
He brings energy, work ethic, and an eagerness to master every trade: from framing and drywall to tile and finish trim. Clients consistently comment on his positive attitude and attention to detail.
Nate married his wife Tess in August 2025, and they're expecting their first child in August 2026. The next chapter of the Carpenter family and B&N Construction is just getting started.
