Brady Carpenter
Brady Carpenter has worked in construction since 1995. For most of those years he was a contractor for a Utah home builder, where he built more than 1,000 homes along the Wasatch Front, including entries in the Utah Parade of Homes. In 2020 he moved his family to Burley and started B&N Construction as his own company. Three decades on job sites is where the craft knowledge comes from: framing, finish carpentry, tile, and details that hold up over time.
In 2020, Brady made a move that was personal as much as professional: he founded B&N Construction and relocated with his family to Burley, Idaho. It was a chance to build something of his own in a community he could genuinely call home.
Brady and his wife Jen have been married for 31 years and have four children. Family is the foundation of everything he builds, and it is why B&N has stayed a two-owner company instead of growing into a large outfit.
Nate Carpenter
Nate grew up watching his dad build things the right way. It rubbed off. After serving a church mission from 2022 to 2024, Nate came home with renewed purpose and jumped headfirst into the family business.
He brings energy, work ethic, and an eagerness to master every trade: from framing and drywall to tile and finish trim. Clients consistently comment on his positive attitude and attention to detail.
Nate married his wife Tess in August 2025, and they're expecting their first child in August 2026. The next chapter of the Carpenter family and B&N Construction is just getting started.

Licensed and insured in Idaho
Idaho contractor license #9171692 with liability insurance. Ask for the certificate and we will send it before you sign anything.
